I. Introduction: a. Attention Getter: We all know what it feels like to patiently await something we whole-heartedly desire. Imagine though, if that â€Å"something† was impossible to live without? b. Reason to Listen: The American Transplant Foundation reports that today there are more than 121,000 patients waiting for a lifesaving organ or tissue; many of whom may never find a suitable donor match. c. Thesis Statement: Becoming an organ donor is not only an important decision for yourself, but it is also an important decision for the life that you have the power to save. d.
